You have the right of withdrawal. (article 5 par.10 of law 2251/1994)

You can return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt, to: Candlique Artisanal Deco’s address Amisou 14 , Kallithea PO 17673 and have your money refunded to your bank account or request for a replacement.

Before sending the return parcel, you must inform by phone at 0030-2130475412 or by e-mail at info@candlique.com

The returned item must be in its full original packaging and in the same excellent condition in which you received it with your proof of purchase. Very importantly product must be intact. Damaged, soiled product or candle with burnt wick will not be accepted.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of our approval or denial of your refund.

If you receive your order but the product is defective/broken or different from what you ordered, please let us know by emailing us at info@candlique.com  to which you will attach your photos. The deadline for notification and return or replacement is set at fourteen (14) days from receipt of the package.

The return and possible new shipment (in case of replacement) is made by the courier company TAS Courier and the cost of transportation is borne by the customer.
